to-to-to-to-toppings-zu

More TV In Japan madness. What does one pizza slice say to the other pizza slice? Why…

“Sun, hi! Pi pi pi pi pizza recun do, to to to to toppingts-zu”.

…of course!

There seems to be some romantic dialogue going on here between the boy pizza slice and the girl pizza slice. If anyone can explain this, please let me know, for pizza’s sake…

Animated Pizza Toppings Dance. Crust Goes Crazy.:

This is how you personify the feeling of those that are asked to take part in pizza. Through animation. Dancing, singing animation. And a twisty, yeasty ending. On TV. In Japan.

Thanks to TViJ reader Hamed for the tip!

Here, for your enjoyment. This is the opening credits to one of my favourite animes, Bottle Fairies. I caught it at the end of an anime convention a few years ago. It was one of the last anime screenings before the closing ceremony so we sneaked in to watch it to kill 20 minutes. The blurb on the program said along the lines of ‘Four fairies that live in bottles learn about Japan’s customs. We think the bottles are filled with acid.’

Whoops, I am an idiot. Here’s the link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MFOFnz6DqY8 I used tbe embeding option last time which may explain why the internet ate it.

  4. Graeme says:

Thanks for that – Bottle Fairies is mental! this episode is ostensibly about learning about school ‘entrance ceremonies’, but delves into the Occult and Saving Private Ryan references within about two minutes…

Sorry Graeme I have just come across this entry of yours. Quite honestly, I think that’s the closest someone will ever get to depicting what a pizza looks like under the influence of very powerful psychoactive drugs.
